9/29 - Code.org: U1L5 (overflow & rounding) & register for AP test

Please register for the AP exam - you can find instructions in the Canvas module labeled AP CS Principles general AP testing information or click here.

Go through the Lesson 5 slides Links to an external site. (slides 67-82) to see what we did in class.

Also add the following to your notebook in the Unit 1 - Digital Information section:

Complete U1L5 on code.org

You can do this at home if you run out of time during class. It should take no longer than 10 minutes.

1. 1. In AP CS Principles on code.org Links to an external site., find the Unit 1 Lesson 5 drop down. Open it if it's closed.
   2. Click the first Check for Understanding button (the circle with the 2).
   3. Answer the question and click Submit.
   4. Repeat for question 3.
   5. Submit this assignment.

There is no product to turn in for this assignment (I'll check the exit ticket on the code.org site), but submitting it lets me know you are ready to be graded.

   2. In the text box, please put something like "done". (If you completed the activity on time and already have a grade, you don't need to do this.)
   3. Click the Submit Assignment button at the bottom.
