Instructions

  1. Have a timer ready.

  2. Breathe in for 8 counts. 

  3. Start the timer and breathe out using a sizzle sound

  4. Record your time below! This is your last chance for improvement! 

 

Remember to:

  • Sit tall
  • Relax you body
  • Breathe all the way down to the bottom of your lungs/belly button
  • Keep your sizzle tone as steady as you can. 
  • Aim for improvement!
