Assignment 2 - Food Cart / Business PlanYear Long project

For this class, you will be working on a semester-long project to write a business plan for a food cart.  You will complete different sections of the plan as we cover new topics throughout the class and it will form your capstone project / final project for the whole course.  I'm also interested in having you work on an original idea for a business if you'd like.  These food cart / business plan projects CAN be group projects, but if you prefer to work solo.  Please take some time to fill out this form (Links to an external site.) to give me an idea of what you'd like to do for this project.
