Canvas Student App
The Canvas Student app is designed for students to navigate Canvas on mobile device. The app works on phones and tablets with iOS and Android. Canvas Student App Notes
In the Canvas Student App students should note the following.

Quizzes – The app does support students completing and submitting quizzes in the app; however, not all question types can be viewed in the App. If a quiz has unsupported question types, students will be redirected to login to the mobile web browser on the device. Additionally, if an instructor setup a quiz to display one question at time, you will NOT be able to complete the quiz in the mobile app. View the following guides for more details on how to submit quizzes in the mobile app.

Assignments – The app does support students submitting assignments in the app; however, please note for student submission process will be different when compared to submitting assignments in a desktop web browser. On mobile devices assignments files will need to be saved in a third party application (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.). Then in the submission process students will need to choose the third party application where the file exists when submitting the assignment. Polls for Canvas
Instructors can create polls for Canvas courses that students can take using their own smartphone. Works on Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad) devices. Requires Android 4.0.3+ and iOS 7.0+. Search the app store (Apple App store Links to an external site. and Google play Store Links to an external site.) on your device for Polls for Canvas. Note: The polls must be created in the App and students must have iOS or Android device to be able to participate in the poll.
Laker Mobile App
Students can download the Laker mobile app which allows students access to the Laker Hub options. This option is available for android and iOS devices. Search the app store for Laker Mobile. The app icon will have a picture of Laker Louie.
Important Note: Students must reset web services password before they can login to the Laker Mobile app. This can be done in the Laker Hub in the upper left menu. When the password is reset, it will reset for Canvas, email, Laker Hub, and IRIS.
