Module 1 - Overview
Windows and Microsoft software applications are widely used in business settings. Knowing how to operate these programs will help you not only in education, but also in entering or advancing in various career fields.
This module introduces you to the course as well as Microsoft Windows basics. You will learn how to navigate Windows as well as locate, open, and save documents. In addition, you will practice file and folder management skills including deletion, copying, and use of the recycle bin. These skills are important as you will need to know a variety of general software programs in the workplace.
